How Online Stores Work
Before we get started with your online store, we discuss artwork, garment choices, and pricing, collecting all the minor details so we can do everything after for you.
Our online stores can hold between one and 50 products, and we usually open it for a period to generate sales before closing it down based on a date you and the coordinator set, much like how online pop-up stores operate.
Many of our customers use the fundraising feature in our online stores. We’ll discuss a price and then determine a dollar amount to add to each garment. You’ll be making sales and raising money to support your team, school, or organization—it’s a win-win. Even better, we’ll hand you a check! Whether you’re fundraising or simply selling, reach out if you have questions.
When your end date arrives, we will start production and your merchandise ready about two weeks later. Once your orders are ready, we can give them to the coordinator to distribute. If you prefer, we can contact each order recipient and tell them to pick their order up in our store.
Frequently Asked Questions
We typically set the pickup location at our store. If not, we will leave a note that the coordinator will set the pickup location. If there’s a note about the coordinator, they will reach out to let you know where to pick your item up.
We suggest one or two screen-printed logos, but we can provide embroidered logos too for specific garments or items. Want more than two logos? We can discuss other options with you.
If an order did not ship, we’ll call or email customers who want to pick up their orders when they are ready. If you want a status update, call us. Please keep in mind that some items are back-ordered, so dates are tentative at the time of your order.
This slip informs you that an item in your order is on back-order. We check back-order items often to see when they restock, but sometimes we don’t have dates available. If you need a refund due to delays, please reach out, and we will happily refund you.
We suggest you sell at least 15 orders. If you don’t think you’ll sell that many, contact us, and we’ll do an individualized order for you. We have many options and can find what will work best for you.
Unfortunately, we have had this issue come up with our third-party vendor. Model and garment image quality cause these issues, so we suggest using a disclaimer for each store on the main page.
We use standard sizing and placement and discuss this with our coordinator when we create the store. If you have any concerns, we’re happy to help.
